What on earth is going on?!? The previous 3 or 4 visits to this location have been just dandy, but this time, not so much. First off, I'm fairly positive the person manning the register was a trainee. The only way it would've been more obvious was if they had the word 'greenhorn' stamped on their forehead. I felt bad for them, because the lunch rush requires multitasking and this particular individual was NOT up to the task. Even the more basic actions were met with a distinct deer-in-the-headlights look, and I twice had to ask for a beverage cup. All sorts of order confusion was evident and mine took way longer than it honestly should've. The ketchup in the dispensers--which were almost completely empty--was noticeably watered down. It was painfully obvious that the management was trying to cut costs by serving up some half watery ketchup bullsh*t concoction, for which there is absolutely no excuse. Fortunately, there were packets at the counter (I thanked the condiment gods for that one). The Coke freestyle machine needed some attention, as it was out of cherry flavor and a few base pop selections. Also, the ice thingy was consistently throwing out crazy amounts. However I did have a good chuckle at some old lady's expense when she tried to fill up her tiny cup with an even tinier amount of ice and received a veritable avalanche, which in turn made her go 'oh my LAWD!' Get your act together, dudes! Poor Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave :(

Not to patient with the old lady... They have a lot of choices and I was buying for son three, who wasn't with me! Still, when the cashier/manager told me to pull forward because they were getting fresh meat - I chuckled. How might a fast food service define "fresh meat"? When they brought out the food, (which came out relatively quickly) - it was hot. I ate one fry - easy to stop when you know the calories of just one. Son enjoyed his treat.

What a very disorganized place. They gave our food to someone else and still we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. This place needs to close down there is over 5 cars waiting. Where is the owner of this place. They really don't deserve one star

I go get lunch once in a blue moon here only because I get tired of the same ol same so I try to switch it up. But it never fails that it's extremely dirty tables are never cleaned, there's garbage everywhere and it stinks lbs it should smell good like food but nope it's dirty and it stinks so I try and void it as much as possible

It's a toss up depending on who is watching the windows. Sometimes service is fast and efficient with orders and payment, other times the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I'm typically happy with the freshness of the food but I'm leaving 3 stars because I've been disappointed enough times before.

I don't like to put people on blast, but I've had enough of this ignorant location. Why is it still there? Better question, why do they continue to employ ignorant, lazy, rude people? You can't really blame the food for tasting like crap when you're paying lazy people to make it. I had a terrible experience I just had to share. Hope to save a poor soul from the same, dreadful experience. Let me clarify that I know the food here is crap but it's my closest Wendy's, but I guess to get bang for your buck, you're gonna have to go the distance from now on. I went through the drive through and placed my order. I used to work in customer service and I tried my best to always make it a positive experience for the customer cause thats what they're paying you for. Guess girlfriend working the drive thru didn't get the memo. I was really polite, drove to the window, it looked like the old lady at the Window was lost in a 5 minute convo with the car in front of me. When I finally approach the window, she doesn't greet me, I give her the money, she gives me change. The wrong amount. She shorted me ten dollars and she slamed her window so quick after handing me the money that I couldn't say anything until she finally hands me my drink. By then, I've had enough with niceties when it's only coming from my end so I snapped at her and told he she owes me ten dollars, she just closes the Window and looks Annoyed. Gtfo. The audacity because her math isn't so sharp. And then when she finally gets around to giving me the money she owed me, I snatched it and took off. What a terrible experience. It takes a miserable person to ruin someone's night. Not today. I'm spreading this word in hopes of a corporate employee catching it and actually doing something about this location that their ignorant, lazy, stupid employees are running to the ground. To make matters worse, when I got home, my fries were half way gone and I never ate one on the drive home. ALSO, my burger had been sitting in the heating pan for quite some time because the bread was already hard. Disgusting and definitely not worth the $8. Get it together Wendy's. Smdh.

I came here to grab a meal right before going to Cinemark to watch a film. They just took a little longer because I think one of the cashier was kind of new, so she was a little confused of what items to press and she was asking around (this was for a customer in front of me). But I didn't care that much. I was waiting for awhile and another lady just decided to take my order and she was very fast and efficient, my food came out so fast. She was very helpful. I enjoyed my experience there and I was satisfied with the food. Not sure if it's a place I would sit in and eat, but I totally don't mind coming back here again.

Horrible service!!!!! Please get these ignorant people some manners and teach them about customer service! The girl that took my order screamed at me three times while I made my order and kept asking if I was "sure" about what I wanted because "the burgers are like five dollars." She judged my order and spent my money for me. How rude!!!

I'm not the biggest fan of Wendy's in general, but sometimes when nothing else will do, I'll go to a Wendy's. Recently I've been disappointed with the chain but this restaurant was different. I liked the updated decor and the restaurant was really clean. I also thought that having that digital, touch-screen fountain was really cool. I love those things, you can mix and match your drink. One issue though, the placing of the actual fountain was unfortunate as it was right next to the kitchen door. So, anytime an employee wanted in or out, the poor customer (me) had to move over some. Still, I was only up there twice so it's not like it was that much of a hassle. What really blew me away was the food. Normally Wendy's has greasy, over-salted fries that are supposed to be hand-cut. Maybe these were hand-cut, but they weren't over-salted by a long shot. Nor were they greasy or over cooked. In fact, those were the yummiest fries I've had in a very long time! I had the new portobello bacon brioche burger which for me was huge and I couldn't finish. It kind of lacked taste. I just got it for the mushrooms. I'll stick with my ususal Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe next time. Minus two stars for the service which I though was neither bad nor good. Slow more like it, and no one looked excited like they wanted to be there. Nevertheless, a solid 3 stars. This will be my new Wendy's!

The day before St. Patrick's Day, and I feel like the luckiest little Leprechaun on the planet! I'm not sure what prize I won, but they actually took the fries that got kicked under the fountain machine throughout the day and gave them to me! What a day! I think I'll go back on March 17th and see what happens. I can only hope they serve me the chicken that they found behind the ice machine. It's times like this I pray that the owner of this restaurant is reading. If not the owner, I'll even settle for a Corporate employee. This restaurant is an embarrassment to the Wendy's franchise model. Staff, food quality, food temperature, etc. Failure on every level.

Went here once via drive thru drove all the way home before realizing my entire order was wrong- instead of apple's for my sons kid's meal they gave me fries with a handful of hair on top! Tonight I thought I'd give it another try, because I'm an idiot and thought MAYBE it was just a bad day- not only was the guy a jerk thru the drive thru but when the finally brought out my order there was fries instead of apples AGAIN no toy and instead of no ketchup on my burger there was ONLY ketchup and it was EXTRA. And our fries looked like they had been reheated 3 times- was so pissed I didn't even bother driving thru to correct it- and now my kid's complaining after 2 bites that he feels sick,I threw his burger away because god knows what those worthless drop outs did to it. SERIOUSLY someone from corporate or the health department should pay them a surprise visit and get a kick out of what kind of worthless operation they've got going on.

The food was not bad but the drive thru employee taking orders is the rudest person @ Wendy's I've ever encounter. Some one needs to fire that guy because he's not fit to be in the restaurant/food industry.

I don't know y I keep stopping here! The staff & service are HORRIBLE! They refuse to say anything remotely like "thank u". Crappya@@ attitudes. I almost hit a guy that was standing in the drive thru talking to his girlfriend/cashier :(

Smdh.

Very rude workers! And the food was cold and they constantly get the order wrong, they need to really train the staff

How rude!!!
